The roadshows are free to attend but a fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event
Road shows are provided for local authority representatives. If you would like to attend but are not from a local authority, spaces may be available but are not guaranteed. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis with priority given to local authorities.
